Gabon

Gabon uses the Numéro d’Identification Fiscale (NIF) as the taxpayer identifier assigned by the Direction Générale des Impôts, including through the ANPI-Gabon Guichet Numérique de l’Investissement process for business formalisation. Current official notices show a newer 12 digit plus letter NIF alongside short NIFs that remain visible in official forms and existing registrations.
