Cyprus uses the Tax Identification Code (TIC) as the tax identifier for individuals and entities that are obliged to register with the Tax Department. The domestic TIC has 8 digits followed by an uppercase Latin letter; new TFA-issued TINs from 27 March 2023 start with 6.
